Dux Villa is a beautiful two story home, situated within the new development of Sandy Ridge, only 15 minutes drive from Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This home is ideally located, with easy access to the Interstate 4. Close by is Champions Gate where there is a good selection of restaurants and shops, including Publix supermarket and Movie Mania.

For golfers there are several excellent courses within easy reach, including Champions Gate Golf Club with two unique 18-hole championship golf courses.

Dux Villa is a luxurious four bedroom, three 1/2 bathroom home and features a south facing pool and spa. The house has full air conditioning and is beautifully furnished. There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms making it ideal for a two family holiday. The other 2 bedrooms share a third bathroom and both rooms have 2 single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa, in the living room, which could accommodate 2 extra guests in comfort. The home features 3 TV`s and a DVD/CD player.

Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable. Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).

A 3-night minimum stay is required. Stays under 6 nights requires a cleaning fee.
A $200.00 deposit required at time of booking, includes $35.00 Booking Fee
